Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating smart home maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless communication between residents, vendors, and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily smart home work orders, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, property management teams, IT staff, and maintenance technicians to address open work orders.
• Provide regular updates to the work order system based on input from various stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with residents to troubleshoot and resolve smart home-related issues.
• Ensure all smart home maintenance tasks for occupied homes are executed efficiently.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to smart home maintenance.
• Utilize CRM and management systems to track and manage work order progress.
• Assist with billing functions and documentation related to smart home services.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and updates for reporting purposes.• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in typing and navigating computer programs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior problem-solving experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with maintenance operations and procedures is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and management systems is a plus.
• Capable of handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage billing and documentation processes accurately.
