T & N Services and Solutions is seeking an on-site Clinical Director to provide steady, hands-on leadership for our outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) programs in Washington, DC.
This role is for a licensed clinician who values integrity, consistency, and people-centered leadershipsomeone who wants to be visible, engaged, and trusted by both staff and clients.

What Youll Do
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader for outpatient SUD and co-occurring services
- Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed clinicians, recovery coaches, and care coordinators
- Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and client progress
- Ensure compliance with DBH, Medicaid, HIPAA, and ASAM standards
- Support staff development, accountability, and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with leadership and community partners to strengthen outcomes
Who Were Looking For
- Masters degree in a behavioral health or nursing field
- Active, independent DC license (MD/DO, Psychologist, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or APRN)
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health or SUD services
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and leadership presence
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to effectively adapt and integrate technology into daily operations.

Work Schedule & Location
- Fully on-site role at our DC outpatient clinic
- MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM
- Limited flexibility may be considered after probationary period, based on performance and program needs
