We’re a small, family-owned office focused on helping Federal employees understand their retirement benefits and make the most of them. With personalized guidance and exceptional service, we strive to ensure every client feels secure and confident about their financial future.
We’re seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Administrative Professional to join our team full-time, in-office. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring each client enjoys an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a client-focused environment.
Compensation:
$36,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment
- Handle data entry and client follow-up before, during, and after planning appointments
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using scheduling software
- Serve as a warm and professional first point of contact for clients
- Support team members with administrative and organizational needs
- Ensure client records and CRM data are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional, both verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport easily with clients and colleagues
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with software tools and office technology
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly
- Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of financial terms and concepts
- Insurance experience not required, but preferred
- High School diploma or some college preferred
