Qualifications
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Possession of a California medical license (or eligibility).
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $400,000+ with a productivity bonus.
- Two-Year Guarantee: With the potential to transition to partnership in the third year.
