Your new team

Join one of our key clients to lead all client account and service delivery on site in Fort Worth, TX 4x per week with monthly visits to Houston site, other travel when necessary. This client is a light industrial/manufacturing client with multiple locations across the US. This client opportunity in our MSP is a high-pace, customer centric environment where you will have an opportunity to drive great recruitment and account results while coaching and developing a high performing team.

Your new role:

  • To lead and take full responsibility for the successful management of the client account and service delivery
  • To achieve budget and growth on the client account by maximizing fees and recognizing opportunities
  • Establish and develop key client relationships in line with the client’s contract plan by meeting with Key stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • First point of escalation to resolve worker, supplier or hiring manager issues
  • To maintain an effective partnership with the client and continually develop & sustain account initiatives including:
  • Driving Continuous Improvement Plan – BAU
  • Tracking KPI/SLAs
  • Managing cost savings initiatives
  • Management of program deliverables as outlined in MSA
  • Provide specialist expert advice, support and recommendations to key stakeholders on specific market conditions including competitor activity, skills availability, demographics, and salary surveys and engage and educate key stakeholders on our business and capabilities.
  • Meet with key stakeholders on a weekly basis (ensure Team as well), whilst developing strong relationships with HR, Procurement and other key stakeholders and manage client or candidate disputes in a timely and effective manner

You will have:

  • Experience: Prior MSP experience (minimum 5 years) of large, complex account(s) (over 100M in spend). Ideally light industrial exposure preferred
  • Systems: Prior experience using Beeline preferred or proven experience in VMS reporting, working experience in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Expertise: Knowledge of services procurement preferred, proven experience of managing operational and service reviews effectively with ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Presentation: Professional presentation skills and effective communication skills, including strong persuasion and influencing skills, issue resolution and problem solving skills ie will be able to identify and manage risk. You will also be confident in sales / pitches and a strong understanding of contract governance
  • Budget and Planning: Understands forecast/planning and attraction strategies: budgeting & forecasting experience and able to understand Profit and Loss, how to manage debt and WIP.
  • People Management: Able to build culture through coaching, feedback and accountability.
  • Communication: Timely and effective communication – both verbal and written and be able to develop and nurture strong relationships with the client
