💼 What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the center of both recruiting and client interaction, this is not just behind-the-scenes recruiting.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume light industrial roles
  • Work directly with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering talent solutions
  • Manage accounts and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Market candidates to clients and match talent with open roles (this is where your sales skills shine)
  • Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS systems and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support weekly timecard collection and payroll accuracy
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (KPIs)


💰 What We Offer

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $58,000 + uncapped commission
  • Clear path to increase earnings as you grow your desk
  • Full benefits package + 401(k) with company match
  • Hybrid schedule after 12 weeks
  • Hands-on training + career growth into senior recruiting or sales roles


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Recent college grad or 1+ year of recruiting/customer-facing experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
  • Comfortable talking to new people daily (phone + in-person)
  • Interest in sales, account management, and relationship building
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems)
  • Positive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
