Position Overview:
Are you a relationship-driven professional who thrives on solving problems and delivering value? MedPro Disposal is hiring a Client Manager to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. In this fully onsite role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of healthcare clients—driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless delivery of compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, delivering proactive communication and white-glove service.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Problem Resolution: Address service issues professionally, balancing client satisfaction with business needs.
- Retention Strategy: Monitor account health, flag churn risks, and implement retention tactics.
- Solution Delivery: Use client insights to recommend tailored compliance solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, billing, and support teams for seamless service.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on healthcare compliance trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in client/account management or B2B sales; healthcare experience is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Organized & Results-Driven: Skilled at managing multiple accounts and delivering outcomes.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping clients succeed and building long-term relationships.
- Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker with a knack for developing effective solutions.
