Superintendent

Experienced Live in, full time superintendent needed for a 184 unit luxury cooperative apartment building in Brooklyn, NY. Must be self starter, hands on boiler, plumbing, minor electrical, able to diagnose issues, staff oversight, pool maintenance experience a plus, and scheduling. Starting pay $26.61/hour with 2 raises coming this year.

Handyman

Experienced Full-time handyman needed for same building. Must have proven plumbing, electrical, construction experience/skills. Able to work independently as well as able to take direction. Starting pay $24.25/hour with 2 raises coming this year.

Porter

Full-time porter needed for same building. Experienced in cleaning, trash collection and able to lift 50lbs.

Starting pay $22.22/hour with 2 raises coming this year.

All positions are union (local 670)
