Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email, phone, and written correspondence professionally
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and following up on payments
  • Communicate with staff regarding hours worked and client billing
  • Support daily office operations and maintain organized records
  • Contribute to team efficiency by taking initiative and identifying ways to improve workflows

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Capable of multitasking and working independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge preferred
