Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Part-Time | 30–39 Hours/Week (Benefits Eligible)
Pay: $45.00–$50.00/hour + Weekend & Holiday Differentials
Industry: Behavioral Health | Human Services | Community Support

What You'll Do

As an RN, you’ll provide vital nursing oversight and medication management across our programs, while supporting clients and staff through trust, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client nursing assessments and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
  • Train and support staff on medication administration and health protocols
  • Administer injections, respond to medical concerns, and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Support clients' quality of life with clinical recommendations and care planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and program teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Lead or support client education groups as needed.
  • Monitor Medication Administration Records (MARs) and controlled substance logs.
  • Review and help improve medication policies and error reporting.

What You’ll Receive

  • Competitive Pay: $45.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Differentials: +$1/hour on weekends and holidays; double pay on company holidays

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for individuals who bring compassion, clinical skills, and a drive for excellence:

  • Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Eligible to practice as an RN in Vermont and New Hampshire, either through holding an active Vermont or New Hampshire license OR by possessing a valid multistate compact license OR eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date.
  • Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
