Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Coordinator for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located Pittsburgh, PA. This role will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 400 hourly and salaried employees in a single-state environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll operations with accuracy and confidentiality, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite setting.
Responsibilities:

Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees in compliance with company policies and state regulations

Ensure accurate timekeeping and resolve discrepancies in timesheets

Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and garnishments

Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related inquiries

Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
Qualifications:
-
At least 2 years of previous experience in payroll coordination or processing

Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Available to work onsite in Pittsburgh
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
