<p>CA Legal Search is seeking a Legal Recruiter / Consultant to become a part of our team! You will represent legal candidates in their job search.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Make 40-60 daily recruiting calls to various legal professionals throughout California;</li>
<li>Clean up and edit resumes;</li>
<li>Advise candidates on legal market and career growth;</li>
<li>Negotiate above-market salaries;</li>
<li>Interview preparations;</li>
<li>Research various opportunities to determine best fit for each individual attorney.</li>
</ul>
<p>​​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales (Phone sales preferred);</li>
<li>2 or 4 year degree from a College/University ;</li>
<li>Legal and/or recruiting experience (preferred not necessary);</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with candidates;</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li>
<li>Interest in high-level recruiting and/or law.</li>
