Location: Arnold, MO
Pay: $700 a week
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Position OverviewWise Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Vinyl Dip Molders to join their growing manufacturing team. This role is hands-on and ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality coated products using vinyl dip molding processes. Job Responsibilities
- Dip plastic parts into liquid vinyl to create protective coatings
- Monitor temperature, viscosity, and consistency of vinyl materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Trim, finish, and package completed parts
- Load and unload racks or fixtures used in the dipping process
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working with heated materials and industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
