AlphaStaffHCM™ is seeking a Sales Executive – HCM Services. Your primary focus will be to develop new sales and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You are a motivated “hunter” with a strong emphasis on new business development. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, navigating complex client needs, and transforming opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Actively sourcing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Identify client challenges and deliver tailored product demos resulting in tailored HR solutions that meet client’s specific needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners
- Conduct product demonstrations, with the help of internal partners, that highlight the value of AlphaStaffHCM’s offerings
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and networking to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing
- Represent AlphaStaffHCM™ at industry events to expand your network and build brand awareness
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives and lead generation
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets to support company growth
- Monitoring competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends to refine sales strategies
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all internal operations departments to enhance sales efforts as well as implement of new accounts
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, preferred.
- 4-6 years of related work experience in HR managed services, Payroll managed services, HRIS technology or consulting services.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in HR or consulting services.
- Proven track record in selling complex HR solutions, platforms, or services to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with minimal administrative support.
- Background interacting directly with customers (new and existing) to drive expansion and new revenue.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations aligned to customer business needs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipelines and forecasting.
- Prior experience building and growing sales pipelines by researching, profiling, and qualifying leads.
- Field-based or remote sales experience, especially managing territory-based accounts.

Negotiation & Closing Skills: Effectively handles objections, positions value, and leads customers through the decision and closing process to achieve successful outcomes.
Time Management & Organization: Manages multiple opportunities, priorities, and deadlines efficiently, especially within a remote, field-based environment.
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, with work performed on a computer in either a corporate office or a remote home office setting. The role may require using telephones, participating in virtual or in-person meetings, attending company events, and completing training sessions.
