Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Associates Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelors Degree preferred
- State Radiation Therapist License mandatory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy preferred
- Minimum of 1 year continuous clinical experience
- Proficient knowledge of Radiation Oncology Information Systems such as ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and software issues effectively
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with physicians, peers, and patients
- Excellent customer service skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential patient information responsibly
