Right now they are looking for a Customer Service Manager who is ready to stop maintaining and start building. The team is solid, but leadership has a vision to evolve it into something more, a true customer success function where relationships go deeper, accounts grow, and the people you lead feel like they are part of something that matters.


This is not a call center job. This is a leadership role for someone who brings both warmth and strategy, someone who knows how to develop a team, grow client relationships, and move the needle on revenue without losing the human touch that makes great service great. If you have managed a customer service or customer success team, know how to coach people to their best, and want to work somewhere the mission is real and the culture backs it up, we want to hear from you.
