- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 19:00 – 07:30)\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Unit: Radiology (7041)\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1670 - $1790\n
- Call: Required (based on shift); must be available for holidays that fall on scheduled days\n
- Orientation: 24 hours\n
- Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics\n
- Charting: Cerner experience preferred\n
\n\nRadiology Technologist Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting\n
- Experience in Trauma Level I and II healthcare environments required\n
- Active ARRT (R) certification (Registered Radiologic Technologist)\n
- Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (TXMRT) license (pending license accepted; must be active before start)\n
- Current BLS certification\n
- Proficiency in a wide range of diagnostic radiology procedures\n
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)\n
- Ability to pass on-site drug screening\n
\n\nRadiology Technologist Responsibilities\n

- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures: Abdomen (decubitus, supine, upright), Chest (AP, lateral decubitus, routine), Extremities (ankle, elbow, femur, foot, forearm, hand, hip, knee, scapula, shoulder, tibia-fibula, wrist), Spine (cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sacrum/coccyx), Skull, Facial bones, Orbits, Paranasal sinuses, Upper airway, Pelvis\n
- Conduct specialized imaging procedures: Barium enema (air/single contrast), Barium swallow/esophagus, Myelography, Upper GI series, ERCP, C-Arm procedures, portable/bedside imaging\n
- Provide radiology support in Emergency Department, ICU, NICU, Operating Room, and outpatient settings\n
- Maintain strict infection prevention and isolation protocols\n
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care\n
- Participate in on-call rotation and work scheduled holidays as required\n
