We’re looking for a full-time visual creative — someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver cinematic content with style and precision. Your Role:
Create high-quality video and photo content
Edit engaging visual assets for reels, campaigns, and web using Final Cut Pro and Photoshop.
Support creative development, production, and publishing workflows from idea to execution.
Core Responsibilities
1. Weekly Content Meetings

Join and lead creative brainstorms every Monday
-
Pitch skits, thirst traps, podcast clips, and collabs
-
Plan props, locations, and logistics for weekly shoots
2. Content Production & Scheduling
-
Maintain a consistent content calendar
-
Book, plan, and adjust shoot schedules proactively
-
Ensure regular, on-time content output
3. Filming + Directing
-
Capture HD content with proper lighting, sound, and framing
-
Direct talent on set (posing, pacing, energy)
-
Grab multiple angles and thumbnails for editing flexibility
4. Post-Production Editing (HUGE PRIORITY)
-
Own edits from start to finish: cutting, grading, syncing, and final delivery and deadlines
-
Optimize for platform-specific formats (Reels, OF, YouTube, etc.)
-
Prepare vertical/horizontal formats, teasers, and thumbnails
5. Equipment Management
-
Keep all gear charged, cleaned, and organized
-
Troubleshoot, manage inventory, and prep backups
6. File Organization & Delivery
-
Upload RAWs and edits to Dropbox with clear labels
-
Maintain structured archives: edits, RAWs, drafts, and approvals
7. Social Media Manager Support
-
Share final content and Dropbox links with SMM
-
Collaborate on captions, SEO, hashtags, and timing
-
Ensure proper execution across all platforms
8. Performance Monitoring
-
Track post performance and engagement
-
Report on trends and suggest creative/timing changes
9. Daily Communication
-
Keep the team in the loop on edits, shoots, and needs
-
Be clear, responsive, and solution-oriented
10. Creative Energy
-
Be a driver of fresh, viral, high-quality content
-
Contribute ideas for skits, scenes, and reels
-
Help evolve the brand with intention and passion
What We’re Looking For:

Full-time availability (Mon–Fri) — Must be based in Los Angeles

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
-
Organized, proactive, and able to self-manage without hand-holding
-
Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
✅ You Bring:

Proficiency with Sony A7R V, Canon G7X, or similar gear (including lenses and audio)

Expert-level skills in Final Cut Pro (video editing)

Proficiency in Photoshop (image editing and light graphics)

A strong visual eye — great with framing, lighting, pacing, and storytelling

Reliable transport for local shoots
