Job Description: Senior Project Management in Talent Acquisition Technology Transformation
The role requires a Project Manager with experience leading large-scale HR/Talent Acquisition technology initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations. The core expertise includes driving end-to-end implementation of AI-driven recruiting platforms (such as HiredScore), managing cross-functional stakeholders (TA, HR, Technology, Business Sponsors), and ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and change management frameworks.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
- Leading full project lifecycle execution (planning, risk management, delivery, adoption)
- Managing detailed project plans, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
- Implementing HR/TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools, workflow automation)
- Driving stakeholder engagement and business readiness
- Supporting change management and ensuring successful user adoption
- Communicating complex initiatives clearly to senior leadership
Pay Range: $60 - $63 Hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
