Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Quality Control Analyst responsible for performing the analyses established in the Quality Control Plans, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. The role includes, but is not limited to, testing raw materials, in-process products, packaging materials, cleaning solutions, and finished products.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science
-Experience: Preferably 1 year in a similar role
-Languages: Spanish and English
-Availability for night, rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
Key Responsibilities
-Perform analysis of CO2 impurities, wort, fermentation, and maturation
-Monitor filtration processes and water quality from sand and carbon filters
-Evaluate packaging materials and final product quality
-Conduct fill content, sealing, torque, and diameter testing
-Operate equipment such as spectrophotometer, pH meter, GC-MS, densimeter, etc.
-Document results and manage non-conformities in packaging processes
-Calibrate laboratory equipment
-Verify pasteurization and analyze chemical concentrations
