Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations and lead a team on the production floor in our Tampa Bay facility. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards while serving as a key link between hourly employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of production employees to meet daily production goals
  • Assign work, monitor output, and ensure adherence to production schedules
  • Provide on-the-floor guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and address issues as they arise
  • Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
  • Communicate production status, challenges, and staffing needs to supervisors and management
  • Assist with training new employees and cross-training existing team members
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and reports as required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading or supervising a production or manufacturing team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
  • Understanding of production workflows, safety practices, and quality standards
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
