• Answer incoming calls from construction firms and other clients, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Assist customers in placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details into our system, maintaining data integrity.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism, striving for prompt resolution.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction-related products a plus
