Invoice Integrators is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist – Payments to join our client-focused, detail-driven team. This in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding others, staying organized, and delivering a concierge-level onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do

Guide new clients through onboarding, from application to activation

Make warm outbound calls to welcome and support clients

Coordinate with banks and payment processors for smooth approvals

Manage terminal configuration and shipping logistics

Track onboarding activity and documentation in Excel and Outlook

Deliver professional, high-touch service at every step of the client journey
What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in payments, merchant services, onboarding, or customer support

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with outbound calling in a service-focused role

Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (commensurate with experience)
