This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field while still being part of a strong team.

Many successful inspectors come from backgrounds such as construction, maintenance, trades, property management, military, or emergency services, but we will train the right candidate.

Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Inspect residential homes and evaluate major systems including roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

• Use inspection software to create clear reports for homebuyers, sellers and realtors

• Explain findings to clients and real estate professionals in a professional, easy-to-understand way

• Represent Pillar To Post with excellent customer service

The Ideal Candidate

• Mechanically inclined and detail oriented

• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and real estate professionals

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Professional, dependable, and organized

• Comfortable using computers and technology

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and access attics and crawl spaces

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Ability to pass background and driving checks

• Some evening or weekend availability
