- Implant Placement:This is an opportunity to expand your skill set with implant placement (previous experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate).
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care:Lead the delivery of high-quality care across a variety of general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
- Patient Relationships:Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
- Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required
- Comfort with working in a high-volume PPO and cash practice
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
