Staff Clinician - Part Time (hourly with options to build to full time position)
We are seeking a manual therapy skilled, performance focused clinician with experience in orthopedic and sports performance rehabilitation. We are an out of network/cash based setting with full hour, one-on-one appointments. Ideal candidate has an understanding and passion for endurance and youth athlete care with additional background in lifting and gym-based athletes preferred. Certifications/experience in soft tissue and dry needling techniques a plus! Must be DPT or DC to apply.
Expectations & Responsibilities
- Patient Care (Primary Duty)

- 1:1 Full Hour Appointments
- Patient care, charting, communication, scheduling, taking payment
- Paid onboarding period to be determined based on clinical skills and previous experience with ongoing mentorship
- Admin

- Charting/client communication

- Prompt charting, HEP management and portal communication
- Facility Care

- Basic facility clean up and equipment sanitation expected
- Staff Meetings

- Participate in team trainings and other staff meetings as scheduled
- Marketing

- Workshops/Community Events, Drop-Ins, face to face meeting, other marketing duties

- Assist/lead educational workshops, attend athletic/community outreach events
- Content Creation (as needed)

- Social media, website content creation, etc.
- Compensation

- W2 position, $45/hr
- Strong commitment to work/life balance with flexible clinic schedule in a low-volume treatment setting
- Option to build to full time schedule
