Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on skill level)
Available Shifts: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR Monday–Thursday, 3:30 pm to 1:30 am

What You’ll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you will operate and maintain high-precision CNC vertical milling machines while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC 3- and 4-axis vertical mills
- Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Ensure all parts meet strict quality and production standards
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for a machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with high-speed machining and mechanical measurement
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
