- Responsible for the overall service, efficiency, and profitability of assigned accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with assigned clients; serving as the main face and point of contact for them, while also representing their voice internally.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ goals, industry, competitive landscape, and history with Infinity to proactively partner in providing strategic marketing guidance and plans internally and externally.
- Oversee account financials, ensuring that the agency’s work aligns with the clients’ financial expectations and constraints and tracking against internal projections.
- Utilizing various tools, metrics, and internal subject matter experts, analyze the performance of campaigns and advise clients; providing insights, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
- Lead and oversee the account team as the account steward; ensuring that they communicate and work as one to problem solve, achieve the clients’ goals, and fulfill the overall expectations and needs of the client.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with Office 365—particularly Word, Excel and PPT
- Proven client management experience
- Solid background of integrated account leadership
- Advertising knowledge expertise
- Experience with the full spectrum of cross-marketing tactics
- Polished communication
