We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Follow up on leads and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address any customer concerns or issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Knowledge of hot tubs and related products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays (10am - 4pm).
