The Administrative Secretary provides vital support to both individual executives and the broader office, managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation to ensure smooth administrative operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to facilitate effective communication and office support without any travel obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for executives
  • Handle correspondence via email, phone, and in-person
  • Maintain accurate records and organize office files
  • Prepare and proofread documents and reports
  • Provide general office support to staff and management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Live Scan required.
