Title: Agent Support & Technology Coordinator

Location: McLean, VA (in-office with travel 1 day per week to another office)
Job Type: Contract to Hire

Salary: $60 - 65,000 + benefits

Overview:

A well-established real estate organization is seeking a highly tech-savvy Agent Support & Technology Coordinator to support real estate agents, staff, and corporate teams through hands-on, in-person service and operational support. This role is a key point of contact for agents, particularly around onboarding, technology platforms, and day-to-day troubleshooting, while also assisting with a wide range of corporate and administrative initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing position ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and service-oriented, and who enjoys balancing structured responsibilities with the variety that comes from supporting a dynamic real estate organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Resources

***Key Responsibilities***

Agent Onboarding & Support:

Serve as a primary in-person and virtual resource for agents, particularly new agents onboarding onto company platforms and systems

Meet with agents and staff to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support

Maintain a welcoming, professional presence in offices, accommodating both scheduled meetings and walk-in support

Platform, Helpdesk & Technical Support:

Support agents and staff with Gmail, Microsoft tools, and web-based company platforms Participate in overseeing the company's helpdesk, responding to and triaging incoming requests

Stay informed on platform updates and feature releases, and help communicate changes to agents and staff

Coordinate with vendors through regular calls and updates to ensure smooth adoption and awareness of new tools

Training & Documentation:

Assist with and lead formal training sessions for agents for technology

Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and systems over time

Corporate & Administrative Support:

Provide administrative and operational support to the corporate team as needed

Assist with regular tasks such as blog writing and posting, monitoring web reviews, website checks for listing accuracy, agent license monitoring, and general corporate initiatives

Support cross-department projects and collaborate with multiple department heads

Events, Culture & Engagement:

Assist with planning of educational sessions and trainings

Provide occasional evening or weekend support for events, with comp time offered

***Work Environment/Schedule***

Primary office location is McLean, with travel to local company offices; office rotations occur weekly on Tuesdays

This role is in-office, but will also need to remotely meet with others

Ability to manage a flexible daily schedule while responding to unpredictable technology support needs

***Skills & Experience***

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience (approximately 4 years) in administrative, operations, support, or client-facing roles

Strong understanding of technology and systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly

Familiarity with Gmail, Microsoft tools, Zoom, and cloud-based systems

Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading training sessions

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
