Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while fostering a positive and productive workplace.Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports
- Prepare and send internal and external communication
- Help with company website
- Other duties assigned by CEO
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proven record of handling and preparing reports
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background checks
