Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Receptionist to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. This on-site role in Spokane, Washington, is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting with office coordination tasks. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage the office entry system, ensuring secure and efficient access.
• Make intercom announcements as needed to maintain effective communication across the office.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, particularly the HR team.
• Upload, organize, and maintain documents in HR software systems, such as Paylocity.
• Process and review donation and solicitation requests in coordination with internal teams.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback or inquiries using pre-approved templates.
• Handle a small office cash box, including accepting payments and distributing change to employees.
• Serve as a backup for mailroom operations, assisting with workload management when required.• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and precise communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills to manage files and schedules effectively.
• Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a welcoming and cooperative office environment.
