Job DescriptionJoin our cutting-edge dental practice in Moon Township, PA as a Dental Assistant or EFDA.
We specialize in a wide range of general and cosmetic procedures, including Implants, Root Canals, Dentures, and cosmetic restorative treatments. Our patient base consists primarily of individuals with fee-for-service or major PPO plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Take digital X-rays.
- Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in dental assisting or an EFDA license in the state of PA.
- Ability to perform dental imaging and X-rays with a valid license.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and coding. Knowledge of Eagle Soft is a plus.
