 Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Pilates Studio Manager. &nbsp; &nbsp;We are looking for a “Pilates – Fitness -&nbsp; Movement Professional” with a passion for helping clients move better and live better. If you are high-energy, positive, determined, reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented, please consider talking with us about this position. &nbsp; &nbsp; Job Description: ~ Working 25-40hrs per week ~ Flexible Schedule ~ Training/Instructing clients in 1-on-1, Semi-Private, and small group sessions&nbsp; ~ Management responsibilities include recruiting and developing a staff of Instructors &nbsp; ~ Working with the club management team to promote members' wellness &amp; fitness ~ Commission position ~ Inspiring and rewarding work for people who enjoy working with people&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Income: First year income $37- $55K.&nbsp; Top managers continue to earn $65-80K+ per year. &nbsp; &nbsp; Experience: At least one year of working with clients utilizing Pilates equipment is preferred. Completion/or on path towards a comprehensive certification with an education&nbsp; provider recognized by the NPCP is preferred. Management and sales experience is a plus.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
