Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Assistant Manager to join our team. This key role focuses on managing patient scheduling and overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience. We are looking for a full-time Dental Assistant Manager or Coordinator with strong knowledge of Eaglesoft. Dental experience is essential, and a background in sales is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily patient scheduling to optimize appointment flow and minimize wait times
  • Coordinate with dental providers and staff to maintain an efficient office schedule
  • Supervise front desk and administrative staff, ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Oversee patient communications including appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment scheduling if needed
  • Collaborate with the office manager and dental team to implement office policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and patient concerns proactively


Qualifications:

  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred, with knowledge of clinical and administrative duties
  • Demonstrated experience in managing patient scheduling and office workflow
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
