Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Requirements:
- Active California LVN or LPN license in good standing
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff
- Comfortable administering medications, monitoring chronic health needs, and responding to emergencies
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable, reliable, and compassionate approach to care
- Experience with summer or ESY programs is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to students attending summer/ESY sessions, including routine medical support and emergency interventions
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records of all treatments
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure health plans are implemented appropriately
- Respond quickly to health situations, assessing needs and taking action as required
- Provide education to students and staff on relevant health topics
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insight on student health and safety
- Support students with chronic health conditions or special needs throughout the program day
