- Answer multi-line phones and take messages in a cordial manner.
- Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Schedule appointments
- Route calls to specific personnel.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Data Entry
- Maintain company files in an organized manner.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Copying/scanning/faxing/emailing.
- Perform basic filing and clerical duties.
- Assist brokers with client communications.
- Take initiative to offer assistance to others whenever possible.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Available to work different shifts
- Follow all rules, policies, and procedures of employment
- Bilingual in Spanish
