Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior investment professionals. This role will begin in New York City and transition to San Francisco as the firm establishes a West Coast office. The EA will serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing seamless administrative and operational support.

The position requires a polished, highly adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing responsibilities independently. In San Francisco, this individual will also play a key role in creating office presence, greeting visitors, and providing occasional front-of-house coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.

  • Manage expense reporting and track project timelines.

  • Assist with office presence in the San Francisco office (scheduling, visitor management, office logistics).

  • Anticipate needs of supported executives and proactively resolve issues.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5-10+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in finance, technology, or a similarly fast-paced industry.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport quickly.

  • Comfortable working independently in a small-office setting.

  • Willingness to relocate to San Francisco within one year.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($150K-$200K) plus annual bonus.
