<li>Minimum of 8 years experience in food service with 3 years minimum in leadership</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>MUST live local</li>
<li>MUST have TABC &amp; MANAGER FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION</li>
