Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate staff in an organized and effective manner
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage staff
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in food service with 3 years minimum in leadership
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- MUST live local
- MUST have TABC & MANAGER FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION
