We are looking for a sharp Business Management Graduate who is ready to jumpstart their career.

This is an Office Manager role designed for someone who is comfortable with numbers today but has the ambition to take on more operational responsibility tomorrow. Key Responsibilities



Financial & Bookkeeping (The Core)

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring all vendor and customer files (including W-9s) are current.
  • Handle deposits, prepare ACH batches, and post journal entries.
  • Keep AR aging current and professionally follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Serve as the essential backup for payroll processing.

Office Operations & Culture

  • Keep the office running smoothlyfrom managing mail and supplies to organizing the workspace.
  • Coordinate team celebrations and "lunch-ins" to keep our great culture thriving.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.

Growth Track

  • Assist with special projects in operations, HR, or supply chain as you master the core role.



Requirements

  • Education: Recent Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Solid Excel skills and a natural comfort learning new software/ERP systems.
  • Analytical: A strong understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger processes (internship experience is a plus!).
  • Character: Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently while staying connected to the team.
