Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, OT when necessary

Location: Postion is remote, but would require occasional travel

Pay Rate: $22.00 to $28.00 an hour, depending on experience

Primary Job Function: The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the distribution and monitoring of marketing communication channels - both internal and external. The position will provide administrative support as needed to marketing projects, including email communication, social media, advertising, and promotional events. The marketing coordinator will help track marketing channels and specific campaign analytics to confirm success and make future positioning.

Daily Duties:

  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials as directed, including emails, social media posts, flyers, content articles, podcasts, videos, webinars, etc.
  • Set up registration pages for upcoming training events.
  • Develop segmented marketing lists using customer data.
  • Create and distribute monthly client email communications.
  • Monitor website for recommended changes, improvements, updates, etc.
  • Organize and manage an archive of marketing materials to include graphics, videos, podcasts, articles, client testimonials, flyers, emails, etc.
  • Update monthly marketing calendars.
  • Compile weekly marketing analytics, including email, social media, paid advertising, event registration, etc.
  • Review training feedback comments and compile statistics.
  • Distribute weekly and monthly internal communication documents.
  • Provide marketing materials and marketing support to team members, including those attending classes, events, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Interface with print, design, and website vendors as needed to ensure timely and quality production of marketing materials.
  • Participate in company or department meetings as required.
