We are expanding and hiring both entry-level sales representatives and individuals interested in leadership roles within the life insurance industry.
In this role, you will work with clients who have requested information about coverage, help them find the best solution for their needs, and submit applications through top-rated carriers. No prior experience is required—we provide full training, scripts, and mentorship.
This is a 100% remote, commission-based (1099) position with uncapped income potential and daily pay.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and assist clients who requested coverage information
- Present life insurance and financial protection options
- Submit applications and manage client relationships
- (For leadership) Recruit, train, and mentor new agents
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we help guide you)

Compensation:
Commission-based (1099)
Part-time: $2,000–$5,000/month
Full-time: $8,000–$20,000+/month
