An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a K-12 educational setting. This role is designed for a professional who can deliver support to students with varying speech and language needs through a hybrid model, offering both virtual and onsite services.
Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP certification
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently
Location:
- Yatahey, NM
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and complete 10 re-evaluations as required
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Deliver services in a hybrid formattwo days virtual and three days onsite
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student assessments
