Job DescriptionCall Center Solutions Specialist (On-Site) Location: Center City, Philadelphia
Type: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $18/hr contract → $20/hr upon conversion
Schedule: Training Mon–Fri 12:00–8:00 PM (on-site). Post-training: 37.5 hrs/week between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM + 1 Sat/month meeting.Why This Role

Responsibilities
- Handle 50–100 inbound calls/day (parking tickets, boot/tow, hearings)
- De-escalate issues, follow procedures, and drive first-call resolution
- Document in CRM, process correspondence/refunds, complete admin tasks
- Schedule and confirm hearings; meet QA, AHT, adherence, and documentation targets
Requirements
- HS diploma/GED
- 6+ months high-volume call center or similar phone support
- Proficient with multi-system/CRM navigation and accurate data entry
- Clear, professional communication; organized and detail-oriented
