Job Description

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Registered Nurses are needed for a Hospice assignment in the Portland, ORarea. Were seeking compassionate and skilled RNs who have experience providing end-of-life care in the home setting. Ideal candidates will be able to perform comprehensive patient assessments, manage pain and symptoms, provide emotional support, educate family members, and ensure patient comfort through all stages of hospice care. Job Details:

13-Week Contract
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Full Time 40 Hours/Week
Mige Reimbursement for Travel Between Patients

Job Requirements:

Recent Hospice RN experience preferred
Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) required
Active RN License
Current BLS Certification through AHA
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
