Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage shift schedules, PTO, callouts, overtime request forms
- Maintain HIPAA requirements
- Coordinate training, meetings, and events
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Assist with data entry, scanning, uploading, and filing
- Process Incident Reports
- Assures adherence to state statutes and rules
- Support the Mission of New Day, Inc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
As an Administrative Assistant / Scheduler at New Day, Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our schedule runs smoothly and efficiently. Your support will allow us to focus on our mission of providing high-quality services to our clients.
This position is for 20 hours per week, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The pay is $18 per hour. Work location is at our ranch located on the way to the Pictograph Caves in Lockwood, so reliable transportation is a must.
