Position: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Location: Concord, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Summary
Seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide comprehensive, patient‐centered care across pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and gynecological services. The CNM will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver evidence‐based, compassionate care while supporting patient education and shared decision‐making.
Responsibilities
- Deliver full‐scope midwifery care: antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecological.
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, attend labor/delivery, and support low‐intervention births.
- Educate patients/families on pregnancy, birth options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate on high‐risk cases, prescribe medications, order diagnostics, and review results.
- Provide postpartum recovery support, breastfeeding education, and maternal wellness care.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN license and MSN from accredited program.
- Board Certification as CNM.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
- EMR experience preferred.
