Job DescriptionJob Title: Pick and Pack Worker – 2nd Shift
Work Location: Branchburg, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hrJob DescriptionAs a Pick and Pack Worker on our 2nd Shift Packaging team, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment to our valued customers. Working within our fast-paced warehouse environment, you will help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick products according to order specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists
  • Carefully pack items into appropriate containers to minimize damage
  • Label and prepare shipments for dispatch
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation
  • Follow all safety and operational guidelines
  • Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors
  • Support warehouse operations and team goals as needed

Who You Are

  • 1–5 years of relevant warehouse, pick/pack, or distribution experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work efficiently both independently and as a team member
  • Effective communication skills and positive attitude
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment, tools, or inventory systems a plus

Preferred (Optional):

  • Previous experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
  • Forklift certification or prior equipment handling experience
