Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced PACU RN for a straight night shift travel contract at an academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring prior travel PACU experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- PACU setting within a large academic medical center in Boston, MA
- Straight night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hrs/week)
- 13-week contract
- Epic used for charting
- UKG/Kronos used for timekeeping
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required — must be AHA only
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Minimum 1 year of travel PACU experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an academic medical center required
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- Active MA license must be in hand — proof required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible but will be offered a reduced rate
- No validated parking is available at the Boston location; public transportation is encouraged, and public parking lots are available at an estimated cost of $17–$22 per day
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
